Users of the online training portal have access to the training courses purchased for their individual use for a 5-year period. They agree not to share their user code and password with other users. Sharing of the provided user code is a violation of user rights. Offenders will have their access deleted and face prosecution.
Intellectual property policy
SLV Expert develops the content of its training exclusively and is registered at the national archives of Quebec as the author. Violation of the copyright or SLV Expert trademark is prohibited. Reproduction of any content found on the www.slvexpert.com, www.slvexpert.ca, www.slvexpertinfo.kinsta.cloud and www.slvexpert.fr websites, or from any training courses is prohibited.
The educational content is licensed under ISBN.

Purchase of bank of hours
SLV Expert offers technical support, and specialized training services in the form of a bank of hours. Customers who purchase a bank of hours receive a monthly report of the current use of their bank of hours only if they have used the services during the month.
Bank of hours expire after a full year and are not refundable. Customers can contact info@slvexpert.com at any time to obtain the balance of their bank of hours.
